Hi! I’m Sarah. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with ten years of experience in the mental health field. I enjoy collaborating with people who are at transitional points in their life or who seek guidance in resolving challenges, improving relationships (with themselves and others), and making decisions. I believe that it is an honor and privilege to “hold space” for my client’s thoughts, feelings, fears, and insecurities during therapeutic sessions. As your therapist, I bring warmth, stability, authenticity and humor to this collaborative process. I view the therapeutic relationship as an alliance and a journey together. I commit to traveling with you through the ups and downs of personal growth, while creating a safe space and allowing you to feel seen and heard, with special attention paid to your unique therapeutic needs. I utilize several different schools of practice, guided by the ethics of social work with an emphasis on building a meaningful connection based on respect of individuality, dignity, and worth of all my clients. Teens and adults of all ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, and gender identities are welcome.

I have provided psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families in a variety of settings including: outpatient community mental health, inpatient behavioral health, drug and alcohol treatment centers, and private practice. I consider myself a forever student and endless learner; I continue to expand my knowledge base and skill set through my deep commitment to continuing education trainings and personal growth experiences.

When I am not working, I deeply enjoy sharing time with my family, cooking, reading/studying, and stealing away to the desert whenever I can!
